The 20 Under 35: Credit Where Credit is Due
On October 8, SSPI will host the Future Leaders Celebration at Satellite Innovation 2021 in Mountain View, California. There, we will introduce the audience to our fourth annual cohort of high-performing employees and entrepreneurs age 35 and under. They are drawn from nominations received from SSPI members and selected by a panel of judges, who this year include:

- Patrick Rayermann, Corporate Engineer, Linquest Corporation
- Alain Rolle, Director, Systems, Isotropic Systems
- J.J. Shaw, Director, Government Systems, Telesat
In our scoring system, each of the dozens of nominations we receive is reviewed and scored by at least three judges. We aggregate their scores and rank the candidates in order. The three top-scoring people among the 20 Under 35 are honored with a Promise Award for outstanding achievement – and those attending the Celebration on October 8 will be the first to hear their names and meet them in person.
